We first found the house in 1997. It was in dire need of TLC, so we took a pass and decided to “flip” a home on the corner of Franklin and Berendo. Soon, loud traffic had us running back to the Hills and this house happened to still be on the market. We took a closer look and discovered inspiration from some of exquisite hand crafted cabinets and architectural bones this place has to offer. Some details:

Vintage Metal Balcony
Original 1968 Construction
Was originally decked out as a not so chic aluminum screened-in porch. Lived with it for years before deciding to haul away the facade and restore the original frame.
If you’d prefer a white kitchen and moon roof, the modern new construction house is for sale right down the block.

Balcony Walk
Project completed in 2018
Reinforced with thick quality lumber and waterproof liners

Imported Tile
Perfect all weather update in classic diamond style for timeless Al Fresco feel.
